    This is an impressive photo! Would you normally expect the snow gone by now?

    Is that the fortress tucked in the side of the mountain on the right? If so, what is the big tower all about?

    @Jacob - yes, I would expect it to be gone even though surprise snow can happen this late too... The large tower on top of the hill is TV/radio antenna owned by Croatian National TV&radio network (HRT). I'm not sure if they lease part of the antenna space for other private TV/radio stations...
