Is it as quiet as it looks? It looks gorgeous. But does it sound gorgeous?
ReplyDelete@Julie - it depends on the time of year and day... weekdays and these temperatures certainly make it incredibly quiet and peaceful. Also, because it is mostly surrounded by trees, city traffic sounds get absorbed. Weekends tend to be mostly quiet with random children laughing and bird sounds. Summer is crazy at the small lake (where the birds are now) because most night clubs are there, but this part of the lake is used only for rowing so it's relatively quiet. :)
