While her parents were at a nearby cafe's terrace, this cute girl was chillin' and people-watching on top of the Sun statue (in the center): I can't count the number of times I wished I was able to steal at least an hour of my time to do the same! :)
excellent capture. So innocent and reminds all of us of youthful days. I enjoyed seeing all of your photos and catching up. Your work is superb! Thanks for all of your comments on my site about the solar eclipse photos. I am glad you enjoyed them. Also, if you like travel photos, we just put together a travel photos site at www.vivalavoyage.com. We have India photos posted and will put up new travel photos each Sunday. I look forward to more visits to your site. So enjoyable!
Cristobal, I agree, everyone should make time... however, have you noticed if you make time for such relaxation (no drinks with friends, no shopping, no fitness time.....) - just plain and simple sitting and watching, there's that feeling of guilt which immediately surfaces up. Then you spend your chillin' time thinking about how you should be actually doing something. Leif, you're right, life was much simpler at that age!
@ Julie - I'm blushing! :) Thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying my photos as much as I'm enjoying yours. I will definitely check out the travel photos, I love traveling, visiting foreign countries and planning my next trips with the help of other people's photos ;-)

ReplyDeleteI think those moments are possible. Not always, but we just have to make time.
